Chiara Festa began guitar studies with M°Luca Lucini and she graduated in 2008 with full marks at music college Pareggiato ” R.Franci” in Siena with M°Giampaolo Bandini.

She obtained a degree at music college in Lucca and her graduation thesis, has been published on the music periodical ”Codice 602” curated by the college. She attended masterclasses with  renowned  guitarists  like David Russell, Pavel Steidl, Paolo Pegoraro, Duo Melis, Zoran Dukic.

In 2010 she admitted to the improvers guitar class ”Tuscan Guitar Festival” in Pontedera,Pisa  where she had the honour to perform with the best students in the presence of M°David Russel.

In the same year she won a scholarship funded by Cultural  Italian Institute in Stoccarda which allowed her to participate to the “Internationale Gitarren Festspiele in Nurtingen”,Germany.

During the years she partecipated – as solo performer and with chamber ensamble – to many concerts like the International Guitar Festival ”N.Paganini” in Parma, the International Exibition of Musical Instruments “Le Estati in Musica” in Portugruaro, “Pomeriggi Musicali”in Salò,“Tignale in Musica”,“Stagione Concertistica della Valtenesi”,“Pomeriggi musicali Aulos”in Lugano.

Recently she also has took part in the Friedrich Gulda’s concert for cellos and  woodwind Orchestra directed by Andrea Oddone with the cellist Silvia Chiesa

From 2013 to 2014 she was a instrumental propaedeutic at the music college L. Boccherini in Lucca. Currently she is teaching in many schools in province of Brescia, Italy.


In october of 2015 ,Gabriele Lanini obtained a degree with full marks with honour at the music college Luigi Boccherini in Lucca  with the help of M°Giampaolo Bandini.

In 2010 he was admitted to the improvers class of Tuscan Guitar Festival and he had  the chance to attend the masterclasses by  Pavel Steidl, Eduardo Isaac, Duo Melis, David Russell, Zoran Dukic, Paolo Pegoraro, and in may he participated to the final exibition with the presence of M°David Russell. In the same year, he won a scholarship funded by Cultural Italian Institute in Stoccarda which allowed him to participate to the “Internationale Gitarren Festspiele” in Nurtingen,Germany where he had the chance to attend Los Angeles Guitar Quartet  and Thomas Müller Pering’s masterclasses.

In July 2014 he was involved in the Orchestra Maggio Musicale Fiorentino for the production of Barbiere di Siviglia made by Gioacchino Rossini at the Florence theatre under the direction of M°Fabrizio Maria Carminati. During the years, he partecipated as solo performer and with chamber ensemble to many different concerts like Estati Musicali in Portogruaro, the  Festival Internazionale della Chitarra “N. Paganini” in Parma, Pontedera Musica, Boccherini Open, Pomeriggi Musicali in Cascina.

He is teacher  at music school ”Accademia Musicale toscana ” in Pontedera.
